Dauphin River First Nation is an Ojibway First Nation band in Manitoba, Canada. Its land base is the 325.8 hectares (805.0 acres) Dauphin River First Nation Reserve 48A, located at the outlet of the Dauphin River into Lake Winnipeg. It's affiliated with the Interlake Reserves Tribal Council Inc. The band is part of Treaty 2 Adhesion, signed on August 21, 1871. As of June 2021, the total population of registered members was 391, with 249 living on their own reserve. The primary language spoken is Ojibwe.
