The Bridge River Indian Band, also known as the Nxwísten First Nation or the Xwisten First Nation, is a First Nations band located in the Central Interior-Fraser Canyon region of the Canadian province of British Columbia. It is a member of the Lillooet Tribal Council and is one of the three main band communities of metropolitan Lillooet. The band has three reserves, including Bridge River Indian Reserve No. 1, Bridge River Indian Reserve No. 2, and Lillooet Indian Reserve No. 1A. The people's language and customs are of the St’át’imc. As of June 2021, the Nation has a total of 473 registered members, including 199 residing on their own reserve.
