Chapel Island First Nation, also known as Potlotek First Nation, is a band of the Mi'kmaw community in northeastern Nova Scotia, Canada. The community is situated in Richmond County and has two reserves; Chapel Island 5 and Malagawatch 4. As of August 2021, the Nation had 802 registered members, including 607 residing on their own reserve.
