About
The Cook's Ferry Indian Band is a Nlaka'pamux First Nation located in the Central Interior region of British Columbia. It is a member of the Nicola Tribal Association and Scw’exmx Tribal Council, which is a tribal council of the Nlaka'pamux people. The Cook's Ferry First Nation reserve community and offices are located near Spences Bridge, at the confluence of the Nicola River and the Thompson. As of June 2021, the band had 359 registered members, including 49 residing on their own reserve.
