The Cree Nation of Mistissini is a Cree band and one of the inland communities located along the shore of Lake Mistassini, Quebec. It is headquartered at the Cree village of Mistissini and also has a terre réservée crie of the same name, both in Northern Quebec. As of November 2021, the Nation has 4,145 registered members, including 3,767 residing on their own reserve.
