K'atl'odeeche First Nation, also known as Hay River Reserve or Hay River Dene, is one of only two Indian reserves in Canada's Northwest Territories. Located in the South Slave Region, it is a Slavey community with most of the residents being South Slavey Dene. The main languages spoken on the reserve are South Slavey and English. In May 2021, the number of registered members was 663, with 231 living on their own reserve.
