About
The Lhtako Dene Nation is part of the Dakehl (or Southern Carrier) Nation in the Athapaskan language group. Its main community is located just south of Quesnel, British Columbia. The band has four reserves in the Cariboo District; Dragon Lake 3, Quesnel 1, Rich Bar 4, and Sinnce-Tah-Lah 2. As of June 2021, the Nation had a total of 186 registered members, including 89 residing on their own reserve.
