The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte is a First Nation within Hastings County, Ontario. The band controls the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, which is a 7,362.5 ha (18,193-acre)  Mohawk Indian reserve on the Bay of Quinte in southeastern Ontario, Canada, east of Belleville and immediately to the west of Deseronto. It shares the Glebe Farm 40B and the Six Nations of the Grand River reserves with other First Nations. 

The territory of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte represents one of the largest First Nations territories in Ontario. As of May 2021, the registered population of the band was 10,277, with 2,152 living on their own reserve.
