The Moosomin First Nation is a Cree First Nation located in Cochin, Saskatchewan, Canada. Its reserves are approximately 35 kilometres and 22 kilometres north of North Battleford. It borders the rural municipalities of Meota No. 468 and Round Hill No. 467. Moosomin First Nation's land totals 50,000 acres (200 km2). 

Chief Moosomin signed Treaty 6 at Battleford in 1880. Moosomin is the Cree word for the moose berry or high bush cranberry. The band governs thirteen Indian reserves. The population of Moosomin First Nation in 2016 was 725.
