Okanagan Indian Band

About

The Okanagan Indian Band is a First Nation in the Canadian province of British Columbia, located in the city of Vernon in the northern Okanagan Valley.  Its reserve land totals 11,282 hectares. The band is a member of the Okanagan Nation Alliance and its traditional language is Nsyilxcən. As of July 2021, the Nation had 2,101 registered members, including 825 residing on their own reserve.
