The Pine Creek First Nation is a Saulteaux First Nation in Manitoba, Canada. The First Nation's homeland is Pine Creek 66A Reserve, located around 110 km north of Dauphin along the southwestern shore of Lake Winnipegosis between the communities of Camperville and Duck Bay. 

The band is affiliated with the West Region Tribal Council. Pine Creek First Nation is part of Treaty 4. The First Nation has reserved Pine Creek 66A Reserve and Treaty Four Reserve Grounds, shared with other bands. The primary language spoken on the reserve is Saulteaux. As of June 2021, the Nation has a total of 3,869 registered members, including 647 residing on their own reserve.
