Skawahlook First Nation

The Skawahlook First Nation, formerly the Tait Indian Band, is a band of the Sto:lo people whose reserves and communities are located in the Upper Fraser Valley region of British Columbia, Canada. It is near the community of Ruby Creek, which is at the eastern end of the District of Kent. The band is a member of the Sto:lo Nation tribal council. As of June 2021, the Nation had a total of 94 registered members, including six residing on their own reserve.
