The Snuneymuxw First Nation is a band currently located in and around Nanaimo on east-central Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. The Snuneymuxw have a total reserve land base of 266 hectares, divided into small, separated reserves. The people's language is Hul’qumi’num. As of June 2021, the Nation had a total of 1,868 registered members, including 578 residing on their own reserve.
