Tl'etinqox-t'in Government

About

The Tl'etinqox-t'in Government are the Tsilhqot'in-speaking people located in the Chilcotin District in the western Central Interior region of British Columbia. The band is 100 km west of Williams Lake along Highway 20. It is a member of the Tsilhqot'in Tribal Council. The band's main reserve is officially known as Anahim's Flat No. 1. Other reserves are Anahim's Meadow No. 2 and 2A, and Anahim Indian Reserves Nos. 3 through 18. Tl'etinqox-t'in Government is the largest Tsilhqot'in community with a registered population of 1,673 as of June 2021.
