The Tobacco Plains Indian Band is a First Nation based in the East Kootenay region of British Columbia. In the British Columbia Treaty Process, it is part of the Ktunaxa Kinbasket Tribal Council. The band has a total of 5,070.00 ha reserve land area. The native language of the people is Ktunaxa. As of July 2021, the Nation had 222 registered members, including 76 residing on their own reserve.
