The Upper Similkameen Indian Band or Upper Smelqmix is a First Nation in British Columbia, whose head offices are located in the town of Hedley in the Similkameen Country. The band has a reserve land area of 2,725.90 ha and most of the band members live on Chuchuwayha Indian Reserve No. 2. It is a member of the Okanagan Nation Alliance. The First Nation's native language is nsyilxcən and its culture is called saimilamix. As of July 2021, the Nation had 228 registered members, including 61 residing on their own reserve.
