The Wood Mountain First Nation is a Lakota First Nations band in southern Saskatchewan, Canada. The band was led across the border by Sitting Bull and is the only organized Lakota nation in Canada. Its reserve is located at Wood Mountain 160, near Grasslands National Park.

Wood Mountain First Nation is located 3 miles SouthWest of the village of Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan. The Wood Mountain Reserve consists of 2,376.2 ha of rolling prairie near the village of Wood Mountain. There are 209 registered band members, only twelve of whom live on the reserve.
