The Lower Sioux Indian Community is a federally-recognized Indian tribe located in south central Minnesota in Redwood County, approximately two miles south of Morton.

Prairie Island Indian Community Dakota  is a Mdewakanton Sioux Indian reservation in he city of Red Wing,  Goodhue County, Minnesota, along the Mississippi River. 

Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians is located in northwest Minnesota.

Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community of Minnesota is a Midewakanton Dakota people located SW of Minneapolis.

Upper Sioux Community, Minnesota is located in Minnesota with three Dakota Bands of the Mdewakanton tribe.
