The Council of Three Rivers American Indian Center (COTRAIC) is an organization that helps Native American people and others who have similar economic difficulties in the Greater Pittsburgh. They have programs for children and families, like Early Head Start and Head Start & Pre-K which provide free education for young children
They also have a Native American Employment and Training Program to help Native Americans find jobs. COTRAIC was started in 1969 by a group of Native American families who wanted to preserve their culture and values and help other Native families.
